Color Enhancement images in the Internet Explorer will stay inverted

Images staying inverted when using Internet Explorer with ZoomText

The information in this article applies to:

ZoomText 11.x

Windows 10, 8.1 and Windows 7

Internet Explorer 11.x

LavaSoft Web Companion or Check Point ZoneAlarm Firewall

PROBLEM 

After installing ZoomText and turning “Reverse Video” or “Invert Brightness” Color Enhancement images in the Internet Explorer will stay inverted.

This could happen because the anti-malware software firewall installed on the machine is not compatible with the Smart Uninvert feature of ZoomText.

SOLUTION:

If you have installed anti-malware software incompatible with ZoomText Smart Uninvert feature, consider replacing them with a similar product compatible with ZoomText.
